Quality Policy

1. Purpose

This document establishes the guidelines and principles that will govern the practices of Ambit Building Solutions Together S.A. (hereinafter, AMBIT BST) to achieve the desired levels of quality in all company activities.

The Executive Management of AMBIT BST establishes through this document its commitment and leadership in the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management under which AMBIT BST's quality activities are framed, with the aim of continuous improvement and all in accordance with the principles outlined in our Ethical Commitment and those defined in this Policy.

All these activities should focus on ensuring that the needs of each client are met, promoting continuous improvement in the different processes to achieve the following objectives:

  • Satisfy the requirements of clients and other stakeholders, as well as anticipate their future needs.
  • Ensure and improve the quality of the services offered.

This policy applies to all activities carried out by AMBIT BST defined in its scope.

Furthermore, this policy is communicated and accessible to all AMBIT BST employees, as well as clients and other interested parties.

Therefore, we have a Quality and Environmental Management System (QEMS) based mainly on UNE EN ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, and UNE EN ISO 14001:2015, in which specific principles for each applicable standard are defined through policies, processes, and procedures.

2. Scope

The scope of the Management System is as follows:

  • Validation of Computer Systems, Consultancy, Training, and Quality and Environmental Auditing according to Regulatory Standards of the European Union or the FDA for the Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Devices. ICT Services across All Sectors.

3. Policy

3.1. Foundations of the Quality Policy

1. Be appropriate to the purpose and context of AMBIT BST and support the company's strategic direction, providing a reference framework for the establishment of quality objectives, ensuring a high level of service delivery and the willingness to increase the satisfaction of relevant stakeholders
2. AMBIT BST's reputation is a pillar of its business success. To maintain and improve this reputation, active and continuous management within the framework of quality management is considered necessary for all aspects of the company’s activities.
3. Commit to applying current regulations according to client needs.
4. Train, raise awareness, and motivate all members of the organization to achieve the expected quality results.
5. Promote the participation of all AMBIT BST members in identifying areas for improvement and their subsequent implementation as a key component in achieving objectives.
6. Commitment to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System by implementing and maintaining its management through the Integrated Management System (QEMS) to ensure its effectiveness.
7. Commitment to compliance with applicable legal requirements.

3.2. AMBIT BST’s Commitment to Quality

AMBIT BST, together with its human team, commits to complying with this policy, applicable regulations, and the continuous improvement of its quality system.

In this regard, all members of AMBIT BST accept these principles and it is their responsibility to put them into practice.

he Executive Management, responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining this Policy, will designate the organization's Quality department as responsible for this Policy and the Environmental Policy, to be called Quality & Environment Compliance.

Additionally, Management will provide the necessary resources and training to ensure the successful implementation of this Policy.

3.3. Identification and Evaluation of Quality Risks

The Executive Management, with the support of the Quality Manager, will identify and evaluate the Risks associated within its QEMS.

The Risk Assessment will be the basis for implementing this Quality Policy and planning the appropriate allocation of resources to manage the identified Risks.

3.4. Objectives of the Quality Policy

To fulfill these commitments and achieve the established objectives, Executive Management sets the following core principles:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements based on the activities performed and geographical location, and the requirements voluntarily assumed by the organization.
  • Bring the management system closer to the entire organization to encourage the participation of all employees and include improvement suggestions proposed by them to foster continuous improvement.
  • Maintain awareness and consciousness among all our employees, promoting their training.
  • Integrate the quality management system into AMBIT BST’s overall management.
  • Define concrete and measurable objectives and goals within a program, subject to review at least once a year.
  • Conduct an annual periodic evaluation of quality aspects resulting from activities, to maintain and continuously improve the implemented management system.

3.5. Operational Control

AMBIT BST will organize, review, and implement the necessary Policies and Procedures to ensure that its management system complies with the Quality Standards implemented in the organization and will define objectives and actions to address the identified risks.

Processes will be documented as Procedures by each involved area and their performance will be measurable through the use of KPI Indicators.

Periodic monitoring of these KPI controls, along with those implemented for achieving Quality Objectives defined after risk assessment, will determine the level of compliance with this Policy.

3.6. Review and Improvement

The Executive Management and the Quality Manager will review this Policy at reasonable intervals to ensure its ongoing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness, at least once a year.

AMBIT BST assumes the commitment to continuous improvement, suitability, adequacy, and ongoing pursuit of effectiveness of this Policy.
